Luke Ferris is joined by a cast of Chicagoians—Mel Slattery, Eric Bailey, Jason Oscar, and Luke Soldano—to rank the best of the best of Windy City cinema.
In part one, the group discusses the criteria for the best Chicago movies, honorable mentions, and begins ranking the top 10.
